
My name is (Magda)Lena Matyjek and I’m a researcher in the field of neuropsychology and social cognition. I am currently a Maria Skłodowska-Curie Postdoctoral Fellow with the EUTOPIA-SIF program at University Pompeu Fabra in prof. Soto Faraco’s Multisensory Research Group. Previously, I completed a doctoral program at Berlin School of Mind and Brain, Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin, working in prof. Dziobek’s Clinical Psychology of Social Interaction lab. My projects investigate mainly reward responsiveness and multisensory integration in autism and autistic traits.
I have earned my BSc and MSc in Cognitive Science at Jagiellonian University in Krakow. With exchange programs, I also studied Cognitive Science at University of Vienna, Austria, and Neuropsychology at University of Wollongong, Australia. I have gained research experience in a few EEG labs (see Work experience), and had a chance to work in international environments. You can download my full resume below:
